Dr. Frank Trotter
Senior Pastor
The Rev. Dr. Frank Trotter was appointed as the Senior Pastor at the First United Methodist Church, Pasadena effective July 1, 2007. He has also served Metropolitan Memorial UMC, Washington D.C.; Reisterstown UMC, Reisterstown, MD; Ames UMC, Pikesville, MD; and Grace UMC, Cumberland, MD. He holds degrees from Emory & Henry College, Emory, Virginia (B. A.) and from Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington, D. C. (M. Div. and D. Min.). Frank has also completed work toward a M.S. in Clinical Psychology at Loyola University, Baltimore, MD.

Rev. Debbie Gara
Associate Pastor
Rev. Gara is a graduate of the University of California, Fullerton, with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, and also holds a Master's degree in Religious Education from the School of Theology, Claremont. Debbie is an ordained Permanent Deacon, and has been an Associate Pastor at FUMC since 2004. Areas of responsibility include: Children's Ministry, Adult Ministry, Evangelism - Communications & Hospitality, Teaching, Pastoral Care,
and Administration.

Rev. Allison Mark
Associate Pastor
Rev. Mark was appointed as Associate Pastor on July 1, 2008. Graduating from the University of Washington with Bachelor degrees in Sociology and American Ethnic Studies, and a minor in Communications, Allison worked as a Christian Education Director at Kilohana UMC in Honolulu, HI before attending seminary at Pacific School of Religion in Berkeley, CA. She completed her Master of Divinity degree in 2007 and continued to work in the Bay Area at Buena Vista UMC doing Community Outreach & Development, and Young Adult ministries. Her areas of ministry at FUMC are: Youth, Young Adults, Missions, Peace & Justice, Pastoral Care, and Administration. She is currently seeking ordination as an Elder in the United Methodist Church.

Dr. Stephen Gothold
Director of Music Ministries (part-time)
Dr. Gothold is a graduate of the University of Southern California. Steve has served as Director of Music Ministries at FUMC Pasadena since 1994. Areas of responsibility include: Chancel Choir and supervision of the entire Music Staff.
